Made from a mash of malted and unsalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills.  Pot Still whiskeys are characterised by full, complex flavours and a wonderful, creamy mouthfeel.  This one is finished in Napa Valley Zinfandel Wine Casks.
