This whiskey was the first Knappogue Castle to have an age statement. It is triple distilled in a Northern Irish distillery and has been matured in Bourbon casks for twelve years.
Produced from triple-distilled barley from Bushmills in Northern Ireland, this was aged initially in bourbon barrels before being finished in oloroso-sherry casks. Fruity and malty with notes of dark chocolate.
An aroma of sweet barley with wafts of peaty smoke, kippers and well baked apple crumble. Tastes of lightly honey sweet, subdued clean rather than sooty smoke with peaty vegetal notes, sweet barley water, light spice and vanilla oak.

Teeling Blackpitts is the first peated single malt to have been distilled in Dublin and is the first peated whiskey by Teeling. Triple distilled from malted barley and dried over peat fires. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sauternes French wine casks.
Different to the Green Spot, this has more sweetness and a firmer body with a long finish.

A new bottling of the award-winning Powers release. It is comprised mostly of a robust, heavy pot still spirit and is predominantly aged in ex-bourbon casks with a little sherry cask ageing.
A warm introduction of complex yet balanced ripe berries and aromatic oils on the nose, with a rounded, mellow succulence of fleshy fruit, spice and toasted oak. A long and sophisticated finish.
The blend composition is very similar to the regular Jameson but has a little more ageing. Some extra use of sherry casks also adds some nice weight and spicy fruitiness.

Knappogue Castle 14 Year Old is the result of a marraige of 14 year old single malts aged in two types of wood: bourbon barrels and Olorosso sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 92 proof in limitied quantities.
Whiskey that should be a huge success but never took off. It had a very short life on the market and it was discontinued shortly after its release. Not much is known about the whiskey origin and although its not the most flavoursome whiskey there is, it's a great addition to any Irish whiskey collection.
